London, UK – Dragonfly AI, the neuroscience-led predictive AI business trusted by the world's leading FMCG and CPG brands, has announced the appointment of Shaun Gregory as non-executive chair of its Board.

Shaun’s appointment comes at a period of strong momentum for Dragonfly AI following a recent investment round led by 24Haymarket with participation from Guinness Ventures, Foresight for Growing Companies with other investors, and a strategic partnership announcement with Mintel, the global market intelligence and research agency.

As chair, Shaun will lead the Board through Dragonfly AI's next stage of growth and support the leadership team as it accelerates its international expansion – particularly in the US, where the company already generates 60% of its revenue – deepens its strategic channel partnerships, and ascends into high-value enterprise sales.

Shaun provides over 35 years of media, technology and telecoms leadership, with deep experience scaling investor-backed businesses through growth and successful exit.

His appointment as chair strengthens Dragonfly AI's governance as it evolves from high-growth UK scale-up to global market leader.
